I’ve been around for half a century and often feel like I’ve seen and done it all. Yet I’m still here. But until getting here I’ve never expressed a purpose like that so my journey has never been clear.

I’m extremely sensitive to sound. Not in the way that I don’t like loud noises but in the way that what passes into my brain through my ears seems to have the most power to shape my reality over my other senses. And it’s patterns of sound rather than events which make up my consciousness.

This makes words very important to me because as earthlings, that’s what people use when they talk. With words having the power to influence, create and destroy.

So when Naomi met me, I guess she saw how I would escape into music and also found the things I would write to her compelling. She wanted to shape my escape and release my expression.

And gradually because of her persistence, I began to take this seriously.

Now here we are.
